you must have 2 ds's and games and an action replay. use your walk anywhere cheat and get pass the veilstone gealactic building and beat cyrus. he will give you ONLY 1 MASTER BALL. make one of your pokemon hold it and trade it to the other ds. keep doing the same thing and start a new game in between until you have enough master balls and trade the pokemon that have the master ball back.
