Hello! I tryed this trainer at patched version of GTA IV (patch 1.0.2.0) and tryed Unlimited Health option: when someone shot me - Health not down, but when I fall of big buildings, or shot by rocket launcer - I die
Please help! Or change trainer possibilities.

because of such ***holes peoples from other countries think we, russians, are all playing unfair. u use it in multiplayer, right? of course I'm right, where else u can be shot by missile...

yes, shame.
I got shot with a rocket on one of the Most Wanted missions via police computer so it is possible. And yes I've died because I'm not using trainer.
