1. Open console
2. mover your mouse over the door and click on them
3. type in ''unlock'' without quotes
4. press enter
5. close console.

But only if you have the inital skill to attempt to open the lock / access the terminal.
It won't work on a 100 lock door if you have a 50 skill. At least it never did for me.
