We currently don't have any Counter Strike: Source trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

Actually I think you can. Try putting them in your cstrike folder and see if that helps. Depends on what is in the file you downloaded. If that doesnt work just put it in the regular Counter Strike folder.

If you're talking about the Quake sounds, then yes. I got it for my listenserver(Create Server option at main menu) and my real server.
