is there any way that we can save our game offline.please

Yes. Make a new offline profile..Save when you get to Roman's "mansion" and then copy the save file from the R* directory under Application Data and transfer it to the other profile. It should not check the offline ones. But if it does..then you have to disable validation..save...and then re-enable it. Don't ask how. Look it up.
