i'ft seen in some more detailed cheats at the invulnerability cheat the mesage: "not tested". some of you might have a problem geting it to work..so this is for those with the problem: you only need to enter the code once. it only works for the character you had selected at that time and it will be active untill the end of the game even if you exit (if you enter the cheat again for the same character it will deactivate). but be carefull on who you use the invulnerability cheat if you want to be evil i suggest that you only use the invulnerability on the main char (good or evil) or you might find yourself in the position where you can't finish the game

He tells the truth:
If you want to be good you can make all of the characters invulnerable, however if you want to be evil just do it on your main character

i'm not realy sure but i think that even if you wanna be the good guy you will have some problems with the invulnerability (Bastila) annyway...your party members can't die if you are alive, they will just be knocked unconscious for a short time and then you can use medpacks on them or the "heal" cheat so there is realy no need to make them all invulnerable

I tend to make them all invulnerable because it's less annoying that way. Just me, though.
