Grand Theft Auto 4 (GTA 4) Message Board  

Either this trainer doesn't work for me, which will be the first time a trainer didn't work, or I have not installed the patch... I did download something from Rockstar that said it was a title fix, is that the patch? If so, I can't play the game with it because the sound will not work and the game kind of freezes... any comments that are helpful?

Trainer only works with the patch.

Could anyone direct me to the patch?

I guess i have to wait on this trainer, apparently I am with in the "small" number of those who are expeirencing a controller issue with the patch.... Funny how R* issues a fix for the problems that crrates more problems...

Also having a problem, I've downloaded this once and it worked like a charm, now the unlimited health doesn't work but the unlimited ammo does. I have the patch installed so any ideas?

Where is the trainer for the non patched version?
Why isn't there one for that? I am not happy with how the patched version works so I am presently sticking with the retail variant.

Because the patch came BEFORE CH was able to make a trainer. GTA IV's code was hard to crack according to PWizzard and Caliber and I find that they invested a lot of time just to make one trainer for GTA IV. I respect them for that.
