Gears of War 2 Message Board  

Gears 2 was amazing! They had some big shoes to fill with the first game and I didn't think they could do it but they did big time and then some...arguebly the best game I played in 08, levels were simply unbelievable. Combat is still funner then ever...one of the few games out there that lived up to all the hype.

No matter how good a game is there will always be people like Servior to nit-pick...

I didn't deny it's greatness.
I still love it.
But I find problems with all my games that I actually say are my favorites even. haha

So do I. Alot of people do it.

One of the things I dislike about Gears 2 is how enemies can run up to you with the shotgun and completely blow your ass away, but when you try it, it only works every now and then. And its hard to hip-fire, but that's to be expected.

@Jackal: I tolly agree with you 100% And i must say that is an Excellent video perfect song and put together great.

@Serivor:Yer i know how you feel i do the same with my games although i wasn't very fond of the berserkers..they kinda freaked me out a bit but out of 10 i'd have to give it a 10/10.



But sadely if you did't already know a lady that worked on the game Unfortunately past through the making of the game even though that made everyone sad that didnt stop them from making a KICK ASS! war game! and hopefully theres gonna be GOW3 but you now i bet they could fit it into the story because you actually didn't really kill them fully you only sank Jicinto which they where planning to do to kill us but we kinda hurt them.


Oh and my fave NEW character is "Skorge"! he is awesome oh also dizzy!

Alright if there was one letdown it was that the Locust Queen was human?! I'm sure they'll be more to that...like if she's Marcus' mother or knew his father or whatever.

Word. Oblivion is one of my all time favorites, but now that there are infinity and one mods for it, the vanilla game is boring.

the campaign could be longer and i think the end was a tad, boring, they could of added a couple more chapters, i think, correct me if im wrong but...

no actually i agree with you (then again most of my posts include me agreeing to something but still thats what i think)
it was easy but i dislike the fact that the enemy could just run at me then blow me up with a shotgun
