I know certain trainers are made "NO PUBLIC RELEASE", and they state so quite plainly. But the trainer I have been waiting for for a week had a Public Rls. date listed up until some time mid-today and then apparently retroactively turned into a NO PUBLIC RELEASE trainer. The field that previously said "Public Rls.: Jan 13, 2009" has now become "Updated: Jan 13, 2009"
Is this normal behavior for NO PUBLIC RELEASE files? An oversight? I don't mean to be rude, but it feels kind of bait-and-switch, so I'm hard-pressed to believe it was an intentional move to gotcha otherwise patient users.
I've been a fan of Caliber's work even before the move to cheathappens.com and even though he wrote the activation scheme (which I don't really agree with on a matter of principle) I can't imagine he'd condone this kind of action. I could be wrong, I guess!
What's going on?
Is this a unique situation or does he hit this wall often? Sounds like an unpleasant technical problem.
