How do u get in rivet city? im on scientific pursuits and i walked around (and swam) the whole carrier but only found one entrance that requires 100 lock pick. is this the only way in?

Up on the platform there is this intercom speaker.It's next to the hobo guy asking for a drink of water.It's a rusty post with the intercom speaker.You speak to it(The intercom) and you're home free.

Lol I also got confused by this and I facepalmed when I saw the intercom speaker after swimming 15 minutes around the carrier.

Try Meresti Station near Arefu to find the Family.

i went there and went in the rail way. is that the right way?

They're in there.Trust me you just have to walk a long way.You'll find a guy saying "This is Family territory" and you will have to convince him to let you pass.

what direction is it? i started goin south...

Hmmm.. I can't remember which direction, but when you go to the sane ghoulies they got a room full of toxic waste barrels and in there is a lil pothole that you can enter and after that you should just follow arrow since it's like only 2 ways and one is dead end, so 50/50 chance of getting the correct one, GL!!
