You go to Celio(island one) talk to him go to MT.Ember(Where Moltres is on island one) and 2 rocket grunts have finished theyre cave on the very right side of the mountain beat them both bring a pokemon with HM:Str HM:rock bash or whatever get the ruby give it to celio and you get RAINBOW PASS lets you go to island 1-7..

Yah now my Blastoise is at level 100. He know hydro cannon Earthquack surf and stranth
