Is it possible to have followers with unlimited health?
i.e. is there a code to turn on that will put them in "god mod"?

It seems a follower can only become unkillable.As for infinite health I don't know if there is a cheat code.

Open the console, click a follower, and type this:

setav damageresist 9999999
setav health 9999999

That's basically invincible.

You can also get their base ID's and set them to essential, so they'll collapse when they run out of health, but will get back up after a few seconds.

Using Dogmeat as an example, type: SetEssential 6a772 1, hit enter, and he'll be essential.
