Does anyone have any strategies for the E4? I'm currently training my Steelix to Level 52 and Kadabra to Level 54. Any recommended pokemon?

I would bring lots of full restores, revives, and full heals. You should also try and find a way to evolve kadabra as well by trade.
The first member can be taken out by fire or flying for most. Steelix can take out Drapion, but watch out for fire fang.
The second can be taken out by grass or water and I'd recommend a pokemon with a higher special attack since they all have high defenses. Grass is best to use because she has two water/ground pokemon.
The third one can be taken out mostly by a water pomemon, but try to use a fight move on Lopunny and a dark or electric move on Drifblim. Drifblim is very annoying and likes to use will o' wisp, so try to take it out in one hit if possible.
The fourth one is best taken out by physical dark moves, except for Bronzong. Bronzong is very hard to kill. It has very high defenses and can increase its special defense as well. Try using physical fire attacks on it.
The champion is very very hard and you might lose to her a few times before winning. Spiritomb has no weaknesses, so try and take it out with a pokemon with high attack or sp attack stats. Garchomp is very fast and powerful. He is the most trouble but can be taken out with a solid ice attack. Take out Milotic with physical electric or grass attacks, not special attacks because it has mirror coat. Use ground or fire on Lucario, grass on Gastrodon, and fire, flying, or psychic on Roserade.
Currently lost, I make my way through life somehow without being in complete despair. Mostly alone due to timidity and fear, I wait for someone to clear the fog and break the shell hidden within.
If I am online, I am probably bored so be sure to send a message to me if you want.

Just go ahead and train to level 60, and you'll have no worries. But make sure to have a Pokemon that's super effective against their types. And bring lots of Full Restores, Max Revives, Hyper Potions, etc.

Send out a Dragon Dancing Gyarados against Bertha (or what ever her name is, the second E4), the only way her Quagsire can hurt it is with SandStorm which means you can Dragon Dance six times and sweep with Waterfall (just be aware of Double Team). The same strategy will work for the fourth E4 however he can paralyse with Bounce.

Catch one with a Super Rod right outside of Victory Road.
