Sorry mate, I don't have wifi ATM. I think it'll be faster to get one through the GTS or evolving one yourself since it evolves at level 20 (needs to be female).
If you have a Mothim you should be able to breed it with a Ditto to get a female.
If you're trying to do things on the island then you just need to see one, there should be trainers with them in the forest (I forgot the name of it).
