Regarding the Action Replay, US.

People rant and rave about Wondertomb (Spiritomb with hacked Wonder Guard ability) and Wondereye (same thing except with Sableye) Why hasn't this been done before?

Pokemon: Arceus
Level: Lv.100
Ability: No Guard
Moveset:
--Sheer Cold
--Guillotine
--Fissure
--Horn Drill
Ev's
252 Spd.

With that speed stat, he would almost be guaranteed to go first. With those moves, he could OHKO any type. With that ability, the moves ALWAYS hit. Any thoughts?

Ooh, well I don't know, my Machamp had that ability once and he would occasionaly miss. That is a pretty unbeatable Pokemon though. Hopefully know one would know that it is a hacked Pokemon when you're battling over Wi-Fi, although Arceus is already a hacked Pokemon.
Anyways, I think that your Arceus would be an amazing Pokemon, you should try it out.

Why 252??, and another thought would be Dusknoir with the same move set, and ability.

If you're focusing on speed, wouldn't it make more sense on a Ninjask or S-Deoxys? That way at max, nobody would be able to outspeed you because they have the highest max speeds of any Pokemon (at least, according to Serebii)
Though I suppose their extreme lack of defense would be an issue if the attack missed.

The the problem I see here is that No Guard has never missed for me, frankly I don't believe it can. As far as Ninjask and S-Deoxys is that Arceus has better defenses for a double battle.
