Ok im in the 2nd city, Jubilife City. How do I advance from it? I'm supposed to get into the Pokemon Campaign. Also I did all the clown's coupons things and gave it to this man for some device.

You have to defeat the gym leader there first, and then you can get out of the city.

jublife city has no gym leader. this is how you advance , when you come into jublife city keep on walking up then there will a boy with green hair he will say ji where did you come from ? blah...blah then go down the right path then you will face some trainers before goin into oreburgh gate and a hiker will give you rocksmash free then just carry on to oreburgh city

Right sorry. You have to the right first until you reach the cave, so get out of the city at the top right. You will find a guy that gives you Rock Smash. I don't think you'll be able to use it yet though. After you pass through the cave, you'll be in Oreburgh City.
