if you want to level up easyly...... at the at the end of the sewers on the main quest in the beginning.... follow until emporer gets killed and talk to Baurus.... when he asks for your attributes put in custom class and click the following..... Heavy Armor, Light Armor, Armorer, Sneak, Blade, Restoration, and a random one..... after your done go back through the gate and get in a dark corner...... go in sneak mode and leave the room for a couple of hours....... after you come you should be expert if not switch spots and go somewhere else in the sewers.... after you're expert go to the Arena and become a Combatant..... when you get first battle go to the battle area and just stand in a corner and let the guy hit you until your health gets low then use potions and restore health spells to get health back and keep repeating until other guys weapon goes out then kill him (if your light armor goes broke switch to heavy armor or keep using up all the light armor until its all broke)keep doing this for every battle and go to sleep until the level up icon is gone..... and before you know it you have a tough character

If you did the level up easy then you might have enough levels to do the Nocturnal Deadric Quest and get the Skeleton Key.... An Unbreakable Lockpick..... once you ahve this then you can open up every chest in Cyrodill

Except the ones that require a key.

There's always an exception to a rule.

Actually, for those that require a key, just use the console to unlock them.

I mean the console in the PC version. Open with ~ .

It's next to the 1 key and above Tab.

I dunno if there is a console on the, er... console versions.
