They are always about the options screw the options why dont you explain why he cracked their protection on their trainers and leaked them out to the general public on usenet? It appears through the proof links that Pwiz posted that he leaked them out. Why wont you guys address that now?

OK eXtreme, all you're doing is answering questions with more questions. Go bring us the proof we have requested from Psych's NFO file and post it here. Otherwise, please refrain from posting more useless and redundant questions.

I kinda agree with Viscera on what he said. No one from the other team is answering the question about the cracked CH trainers. That issue itself is rather severe, and there doesnt seem to be any mention of it! Hopefully the present problem can be clarified soon, so the other equally severe issue can be addressed.

all of you're doing is just saying "you are cracking our trainers and rip from our trainers and getting help from our trainers to make your trainers" but you don't have any prove for this yet!

I'm going to continue deleting your posts until you actually start posting answers instead of questions. We've answered your questions and provided you proof in earlier posts. It's your turn.

i did'nt say that you got help from CHU but i said anyone can do this.
the biggest problem here is about Psych nfo and what he had written into that.

so the first group which brought some proofs is CHU, although Psych has started this quarrel, so he should bring his proofs about what he had said about Xlive and CHU using the Rick's work, before CHU bring any proof

Its quite suprising how none of you can see that all you can prove is that he had an account with you, and he downloaded some trainers as per the server logs. However, you cannot and will never be able to prove that he actually cracked and then uploaded them. Partly just because of the anonymity of the web and usenet. Doesn't matter how much it ties in with times, its not clear evidence.

It boils down to an opinion again. I'd be only too happy to go over cybercrime law, and clarify certain points if it's still not understood. As I foresaw, people are reading into things too much. I would suggest everyone back off, and allow each other to cool off. I don't think it's in anyones best interest to fire it all off again, as its not exactly great for anyone. I can't see it happening again, at least not for some time, and between another group(s).

How is this helping anything on both sides guys?
