I searched everywhere! I couldn't find how to create Jail Guards! How do you make them?

Here's one,how can i make a npc do follow? (Barney lol)

WOW, old thread, anyway I think it's should be in cheats or something, but you can only set waypoints with the console as far as NPCs are concerned, not actually make them FOLLOW you, that is a scripted action.
Of course one might be able to set it up so as to get the NPC added to that "crew" thing and them follow them that way, but that would most likely require extensive modification.
Of course, you COULD just get Garry's mod and simply use one of the "mods" for that which allows you to control NPC behavior, then play a Half Life 2 map through Garry's Mod...

Mate,my ****ing HL2 is not really legal (I guess...) and i don't even have steam.

I don't EVEN know how to download Gary's mod...Stupid Gary forget for a god-damned readme file

If you don't have a legal copy of HL2, you can't BUY Garry's mod unless...
Download a non-steam version.
