What is the fastest way to level up Destruction magic?
I know Illusion you can simply go around casting it, but I'm unsure about this one.

When I needed to raise Destruction magic levels, I did several castle and eleven ruin raids using only destruction magic.

Currently lost, I make my way through life somehow without being in complete despair. Mostly alone due to timidity and fear, I wait for someone to clear the fog and break the shell hidden within.

Usually blasting around with basic Destructive magics increases your skill.Just start blasting anything you see with the flare or something
I think you have to blast all sorts of creatures.Don't worry I found that Destruction is one of the easier skills to level up.

But it has to be a creature/person right? There's no way to use it on anything else?

Make a custom 1 pt fire damage for 1 second with the lowest possible area on self

Just keep on casting it, you shouldn't ever run out of magicka

It's a long thing if you're not in the Mages Guild.You have to join them
And become Grandmaster Mage or something like that
