I've played both X360 and PC versions of GTA IV.
And there's no way I'm gonna prefer the X360 control system.
Keyboard and mouse is much much better than controller.

I prefer my 360 controller, auto-aiming is good enough to replace mouse.

A shame that there is no auto-aiming on the PC.

I agree with Silent-Death that driving with an X360 controller is easier, but I'm used to both, so it doesn't really matter to me.
