Grand Theft Auto 4 (GTA 4) Message Board  

Hi guys, I have GTA 4 and I'd really love to listen to my music in game. Meaning, where do i put my music? I was under the impression that it was to go in C://My Documents... etc. But whenever I go ingame to listen to it, I can't seem to find the radio station that plays it!

SO to sum it up,

1.) Where should I be putting my music to play (and should it be in mp3)?

2.) Which Radio Station will play the user music?

In Vista, C:\Users\username\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\User Music

In game, go to the audio settings, and scan for songs. Then start playing, and tune in to Independence FM.

it may be in My Documents?/games?/rockstar.

Ok its in C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR NAME\My Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\User Music.
Yes they have to be in MP3 format and the station you use to play them is "Independence FM". But befor you can play them you need to go into settings/audio in game and scan them in.
