I underStand how 99.9% of the stats work but 1 thing is bugging me each leader/soldier has a stat lower bottom left of there stats bar which seems to be different/unique to each 1 and i just cant work out what the hell they do,, example! 1 has gluttony. another crybaby, and a 3rd has Alpha-male... since its a square Game i can safely say they DO somthing but anyone got a clue as to what?
its getting like you MUST buy the Guide for these games nowadays to even understand half of whats going on! or im just getting old.. FF7 <3 RPG's after that just suck

Hehehe well i just bought the game yesterday and i already like it. Still figuring out how the stats goes. But same as always square enix do make great games. I'm die hard FF fan ^.^
