Does using the 1.3 version of the trainer for Cell Stage Health, Instant Attack Cooldowns, Invincible Tribe, Invincible Spaceship, Unlimited Spaceship Energy, Unlimited Space Income block achievements like using the console cheats do? Also do you get the joker badge for using the trainer for health and income?

Yes you can get achievements, no you don't get the joker badge, you only get that for using the in-game cheats.
The achievements while humorous, don't add anything to the game, they're just little badges that you can show off to your friends.

You WILL get the Joker badge if you use the trainer to get badges, however.
