I'm confused why Rockstar suddenly cares so much about people cheating. It goes against the whole spirit of GTA. Do what you want when you want, an open storyline that allows players to play their own way. So why on earth would they care if paying customers use code or not to enhance their own personal gaming experience. Sorry to hear about Caliber's dad btw. My prayers are with him and his family. I hope Caliber can make this trainer, if for nothing else to teach Rockstar and Microsoft a lesson!

its a direct port from the Xbox 360 so its close to impossible to train and/or mod. if they made a custom engine for the PC version then it'll be possible but again.... its game for windows live.

It doesn't matter that it's a port or not... sheesh.

It runs on the PC, it loads data into the memory, that data can be edited.

If it uses an external file to encrypt and/or constantly randomize data, the .exe can be tweaked (or a chunk of code injected in) to run more favorably.

Who gave you the idea that a "port" is so hard to mod/cheat? Every single game ever created is made on a PC. It uses compressed/encrypted packages containing meshes, textures, scripts, music, etc. It's just the operating system that's different, nothing else.

Remember the old GBA roms that ran on emulators?, those were emulating the exact way that the console was thinking, and it was running on a PC, using it's memory. The only difference was that the old/simple games and their emulators always used fixed addresses. Only PC games are always playing hard-to-get-code afaik.

I has already seen there is NORGSC dispatched from unoffical site.Is there any help in helping the trainer if we ignored the RGSC.

I propose, that, for those of us who know how to use T-search, Artmoney and CoSMOS; to help Cal in finding addresses for GTA4.

I suggest making a new thread with all the adresses in, this thread is big enough and prolly the most confused one.
