if you ever have time when your playing to stop for a couple minutes and listen to the police talk i remeber one where they arrested ryan cooper for racing

how about the message when they talk to each other saying do you think the street racers have um radio scanners or something to listen to us? lol I found that funny, just do a massive 360 spin and park there and listen to the cops chit chat amongst them selves, its funny

lol yea ive even had had kids throwin things off an overpass

lol... its "if we have time" not "you have do do this..." i love listening to the scanner... Ive heard the kids putting stop sticks under a cop's tires only in a game...
