You can get it in the "random weapon box"(box where you give points for a random weapon). You do need luck to get it.

It really does't matter what you call it.. It unleashes hell due to the hole in the wall and gives you great weapons Hell/Help...
It spells Hel and the last letter is unfinished and crudely drawn. It has been referred to either on all of the online communities... Either way you are fine knowing the room with "Hel" on it...
