i know it isn't suppose to be that realistic but the point is; it just took a bad turn for the worse from the last C&C release. even C&C3: Tiberium War is better.
In terms of the series; Red Alert 1 and Red Alert 2 are much better. They are not realistic but having known that Red Alert series comes from the cold War Era, one must be able to see some features/characteristics leading back to the era.

Actually... its no problem if the unit looks an anime stuff but what make this stuff is so ridiculous is.. what a sailor uniform girl doing in a battlefield hah ? its so so... terrible !
Worse, the Empire hero looks like Saishu Heiki Kanojo.. an anime about a sailor uniform girl waging a war in battlefield & hey... its comes as a goverment secret weapon too
Pathetic ! maybe they think they can con any gamer in Western but... not all of them is so blind about anime stuff !
