No. I beat the Ice Magic Beast and met up with Kiam and Sarah. According to the walkthrough I am suppose to go to the Great Anicent Ruins, but where is that located?

Just head to the south eastern continent, and approach from the north and then go underwater to find an under sea passage. Continue on and go back to the surface and you'll be inside a small lake. Go find a landing point here to find a new area on the world map.
