Lv.1 Rattata with a Focus Sash or Focus Band with Endeavor and Quick attack. Lv.1 Rattata against Lv.100 let's say Arceus. Foe Arceus used Judgement. Rattata hung on using it's Focus Sash/Band. Rattata used Endeavor. Rattata used Quick Attack! Foe Arceus fainted. Rattata won.Lv.1 Rattata+Endeavor, Quick Attack, and Focus Sash/Band vs. Lv.100= PWNAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I rate Lv.1 Rattata with the works 10/10

You forgot, the Arceus Can use another move that can kill it. And The fact is The focus band/sash will always not work. And i've seen that many times before. Old idea
