Seems the new patch changed a few things, even with the balance.txt edits...

The traders are no longer offering orange/green items any longer.

Drops seem to be fine. Still dropping orange/green only and money from and to traders are still buy for little-sell for a lot.

The only thing that seems to be changed is what a trader offers.

the TraderOfferUpperRareBase line in the balance text does not seem to be affecting what the trader offers any longer.

I took it as high as 450000 and still the traders are only offering white/blue/yellow items. Not an orange or green in the mix to be found.

Any suggestions? Any of you found anything?

I don't know, anything stayed like before, only the trader thing changed. Really i don't know what to do. Maybe something else has priority over balance.txt for the trader.
