could any tell how to install the trainer and wher cause i tryed many places but still doesent work

Regarding the Trainer 2.102, Unlimited Manpower, Munitions, Fuel....

could any tell how to install the trainer and wher cause i tryed many places but still doesent work

You don't ''install'' trainer.

You simply run the trainer and then game, press F1 on the main menu and then press Numpad Numbers for desired options.
