So on one of the quest things I thought I'd be all noble and give up 10 years of my life and my good looks to save a silly girl.

Now my dude looks all demon like with red eyes etc

Does anyone know how to reverse this?

Once you leave the Temple, the scary reddish eyes should go away, and you can always use hair dye to make your hair not white.
The entire thing went away for me, now I'm just fat >_<

Well I did leave the temple, and have done half a dozen or so other quests since then but I'm still evil looking

And yea my guy got a little fat at first, but just eat heaps of celery I managed to get him back to almost normal size, but he seems to keep his round stomach, I'm not sure if thats buff abs or what though.

Yea, I ate a crapload of celery, but I still gained a lot of weight afterward.
Maybe saving and quitting Fable II and then starting it back up would help.
