options for infinite ammo only partially work, only the crappy pistol has infinite ammo , it doesn't seem like you even bothered with grenades or tried at all ;/

Fixed EXE file (Crack) or original EXE file?
Depends on how it's done and I don't have the game myself to test with (Scored pretty badly both among reviews and user opinions.) but sometimes the copy protection on the original EXE interferes with memory alterations such as those performed with just trainers and other times the memory addresses targeted by the trainer differ somewhat when using a cracked EXE so that could be why certain options behave irregular.
Just a speculation as, as I said, I don't have the actual game.
