yes, yes they do, it even tells you when you enter them, it comes up as a warning... says somethin along lines of enabling cheat codes disable's the ability to save game and earn trophies

Yea and when you play online you dont get any of the money saved to your main guy on single player. But thats only if the host has cheats entered or if you have them entered.
