my game did crash a few times while using the trainer..but just a few times. but later on in the game it ran quite well and i finished the game. invincible vehicle option worked quite well for me but slaughter mode i think made my game crash when i used it.

it works ok for the campaign but it crashes the game when being used in skirmish which, if u dont play multiplayer, is were the replay value is.
