Please, how can I use the savegame in the single player? I have dwnlded the save and what next? I unpack the zip file, but I do not know, what should be replaced with it (I do not have these directories in no game file) or where the unpacked savegame should be added? Thanks a lot.

You need to create a profile first, then you put your save in that directory.

Thanks and You are absolutely right. The same way like in CoD 4 Modern warfare. But something strange here - I even have reinstaled the game, but CoD 5 does not ask me to create any profile. And I cannost find in any menu something like "create profile", or "change profile" or so. Maybe I am blind as a bat.

Thanks for Your reply. I am running XP and I can not find any similar directory even if I use "show hidden files and directories" in documents and setting folder on C drive. It seems like I have mysterious copy of the game (of course not piratic, but official CZ version purchased from official store with 1.1 patch)

    XP
    1: go to C:\Documents and settings\yourname\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW
2: Delete __CoDWaWmp (if it exists)
3: Go to players\profiles and delete all the player profiles here
4: Create a folder with the name you want for your profile.
5: Create a txt file, name it “active.txt” and write the name of the folder you’ve just created for your profile in the file, nothing else.(place it in the profiles folder)

    Hope that helps.

Bingo. Your hope was true. Thanks a lot. It did help me. I used to find it in the wrong directory, wrong place. I should send You quite good drink upon Your choice.
