i would call most of the outfits in this game clothing rather than armor.
unlike fable 1, outfits in this game have no effect on defense or damage taken. the only armor-like outfit i know of is the ranger's outfit, which has a chest piece that has a bronze color to it.

I was strongly dissapointed in the lack of clothing, there really isn't that much you can wear.
I'd recomened going to the men's tailor in Bowerstone Town Square if you are a male character, they had the most decent looking clothes I could find.

Wait cant you get the "MasterCheif" aka "HALO" armour? the green one oh and has anyone got any idea how to get the energysword in fable because you can and i got told it deals alot of damage??

Yea you can get that, but the armour is ugly, and the sword only deals 30 damage, but it has room for augments if you really want it.
