I found a man with a sniper rifle when I went through minefield. He was in a building shooting at people who go by. His name was Arkasas.

Most of the time I go to Underworld she has either sniper rifles or .44 magnums. Every now & then in Rivet and pretty much never at Megaton anymore.

Dude Go Talk To Mr Crowley In Underworld. He Gives You A Sniper Rifle To Kill Some People. Just Take It And Dont Do The Mission If You Dont Wanna.

Also You Can Kill Mr Tennpenny And Take His. He At Tennpenny Tower On Top Floor.

a rare sniper rifle(Reservists rifle) can be found at the d i c k erson chapel.Althou its a three round clip I think its does more damage(I haven't checked) I don't have the map with me because I left it at my friends.

They're is a sniper rifle called the victory rifle you can find it at rock breakers last gas when you get there they're is a shack on top of a hill go to the shack and enter it there should be a locker you have to pick it but the lock is very hard in the locker is the victory rifle it takes a .308 round

It should also be noted that the victory rifle knocks enemies down (basically a stun) when it gets a critical hit.

yeah theres a steamboy in there as well
