Aside from the first book when you are a baby, has anyone found any others? Sorry S.P.E.C.I.A.L. books.

i found one it was ether in Vault 106 or Vault 87 cant remember

Sorry to tell you but the SPECAIL book at the start is the only 1.
there are other books in the game with give +1 to a given skill like small guns etc 2points if you take a Certian perk( sry cant remember which 1) so would suggest saving Books till you have that!
the only way to increase your specails is to find the Bobble heads ( 1 for each stat) take the intensivetraining perk on level up or some Quests Give you a perk that will increase your Specail.

Apart from the one you find at the start? Yes I have. Though you could argue it is same book since I seen it in one of those flashbacks that appear when you walk through the other vaults. It was on a table and disappeared after the flashback .
Also I couldn't activate the special book the second time round yeah I know, but the Goddess loves a tryer. Wether it was because it wasn't there or because you can only activate them once, I do not know. Hope that helps.
