I reckon this is good until they patch it out for those who have clocked the game once youll know were to go for others i suggest finding a map on the web will add a link later to 1
so here goes!

how to get the karma based achivments easy and also the silver tongued devil! would be lieing if i said quickly...

Make sure you have a Save just before you leave vault 101 for the first time!

load up leave the vault:
Make a note of what your current karma is and carry out deeds until you reach the desired level
Good= help people
Bad= nuke megaton or just kill the whole town... and then nuke it
Netural= Depending on what your karma was when you left the vault see above

now once thats done Head to Big town NNE from megaton(suggest you find a wasteland map on web for loc) i would also suggest you aim your char towards hight chr and speach skills!

once there talk to everyone especaly a girl called Bittercup and find out about her Exboy friends! now.. go find a guy in the town called pappy.

he will have a Speach challeng were you ask him about his relationship with bittercup... right now its glitched to hell and you can repeat this over and over as many times as you like it doesnt matter if you fail or pass it will always be in the chat options.

Each time your successful you get 5XP and 1 towards the silver tongued devil achivment.
Repeat the convo over and over as you level up take skills and perks to boost speach and xp gain since you wont realy be using this character for anything else it wont matter. this way you can get karma achivment and speach 1 with no effort jst mind numbing slowness much more fun to play the full game but for those who cant face doing that this option is there for you!

or simply use it as a quick easy xp sink when you want to level up!
