Hi,
for the Twilight of the Arnor part of the trainer (1.9.7) the "complete all reasearch" cheat doesn't trigger all research related events, e.g. for the logistics, they always seem to stay at the very minimum instead for raising up through the roof ;-)

Is this normal, since the cheat doesn't trigger the events related to the resarch topics logistics/colonization of hazard worlds?

You should use the complete all research CHEAT : CTRL+SHIFT+R also noticed it works only shift + r
