Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Message Board  

I heard from my friend that Call of Duty is made by 2 or 3 different companies and they all take turns making each call of duty. And the best one is the one that made CoD4 and the bad one mad CoD3 and the newest one. thats why those games arent as god as CoD4.
So basicaly is anyone 100% sure that this is true or not?

TreyArch made CoD: World at War and CoD3, Infinity Ward made others. I think.

This statement is true.

TreyArch made CoD 3 and CoD: World At War. (For the 360)
Infinity Ward made CoD 2 and CoD 4. (For the 360)

I'm not gonna take sides and bash the other one, even though I personally prefer Infinity Ward. But people have criticized TreyArch because of the changes they made to CoD 3 that they thought didn't make it as good as #2, so people were mad when TreyArch was making WaW.

i personally like infinity ward. i played cod world at war and liked it, but i just like cod 4 much better

i like CoD 3 i haven't really played CoD 4 but they are both good games.But i haven't played WaW yet but want to

yeah i guess getting world at war would prob be a good idea. i have gears 2 now so i might not get cod 5 for a while
