setpccanusepowerarmor 1
That should allow you to use power armor.
Thanks.
Bethesda has always been accommodating to modders and cheaters with their games. It's nice to see that GFW hasn't changed that.
Oh, and as an addendum, player.srm uses your current skill as the repair max, not 100%. It is free only provided you have enough caps to pay for the repair - it's giving the caps to you as you "pay" so your total caps don't change.

oh.. well when i cheat, i cheat all the way so i always had skills at 100% during my cheat-playthrough
thanks for the clarification
is there any command to increase running speed? looked everywhere and didnt find it, there is a mod tho that lets you run faster but i just want the command
anyway some usefull commands:
player.setav carryweight ### (got this set to 999 myself)
player.setav actionpoints ### (150 to get 6 vats shots in a row)
tmm 1 (adds all map markers, yes you can fast travel to them)
set timescale to 1 (1 hour = 1 ingame hour)
player.setav "skillname" ###
player.setav "S.P.E.C.I.A.L." ###
if you dont want to screw up your timescale, dont set it to "0" and wait/sleep, i had this happen the other night, had to load an older save, so you know

just in addition to those command:
set timescale has an default value of 30
tmm 0 removes ALL map markers. "ALL" like in all you see. the vault 101 will be removed as well as all the other markers you found. there is no command to restore your personal state of the map, as far as i know.
as you suggested not to set timescale to 0 and wait, i think all that is happening is, that you are stuck in the menu, because there is no time passing.
you can however close the menu with the "CAM" console command, i think.
i didn't test it, but i guess it would work. =)
