The thread for commands is pretty long so i tought i would gather all the commands i have found useful in one place, so here goes:
    the all-important god-mode: tgm

    noclip: tlc

    skills/stats: player.setav strength 10

    levels: advlevel

all perks: type advlevel until you reach lvl 20, then use player.setlevel 19 and advlevel again to choose another perk. rinse and repeat until you have all perks you need. If you get stuck because you have too high skills and get the -20 skillpoints bug just set your barter skill (or any) to -1000 and type advlevel

    repair all to 100%: player.srm

    all mapmarkers: tmm 1

100% lock force: setgs flockskillbase 100

    vats accuracy: setgs fvatsdistancefactor 0.01

companions health: open console, click on companion so his name
appears on the top of your screen. Type setav health 50000.

unlocking: same as above, type unlock

    Items:
    instakill magnum: player.additem 50f92 1,100

    ammo for magnum: player.additem 2937e 500

    caps: player.additem f 50000

    tesla-backpack: 8f571

almost all the rest: coc testqaitems <- teleports you to a room with all weapons/apparel/misc items available in the game.
to get back type coc megatoncommonhouse <- might lead to problems if you have blown up megaton, but you can still use it, just walk out of megaton and fast-travel somewhere to get out of the rubble.

if you see an npc with items you would like, open console and click on him, then type inv .. just look the code for the item you would like to get and use additem on it.. got some nice gloves not available in the game this way.

and incase somebody is interested in getting gloves for his/her char:
col autums gloves: 532a2 and 532a3
    oven mitten: 77ccd

if any of you find more useful commands post here and i can add them to my list. i hope you find this helpfull

what exactly should the ",100" after the "player.additem"-command do?
if you want to create an item with perfect condition, you dont need that.
    player.additem #itemcode #quantity
thats all you ever need . . .
its so fast it can do an infinite loop in thirty seconds!! =)

If you use setgs fvatsdistancefactor 0 then you get no decrease in accuracy over distance (all guns get 95% except when enemy parts are in cover)

    SetEssential (NPC#) 1 - sets NPC as unkillable (dogmeat = 6a772)
use save (NAME) 1 to open a list of all npcs and their codes in text editor.
placeatme (code) - place item at you - can be used to have multiple of the same follower

resurrect - click on target in console and use to bring target back to life

fpickpocketactorskillmult 100 - gives high pickpocketchance
fpickpocketmaxchance 100 - need to set this otherwise you cant ever get higher than the default 85% success

setgs fJumpHeightMin (#) - set jump height (havent tested this)

    tcl - no clipping

You can additem to NPCs by clicking on them and just using additem - might be able to use this to get others to equip good armor/weapons so towns dont die
Also, completely useless if you have a better repair skill, you can click on anyone and use srm and it opens a repair window with their skill. I wonder if you can use the setav/setspecial commands on followers!

Addendum - yes it looks like you can use setav (and if you are interested, getav will tell you what their current ranks are)

i know how the get the right numbers for all kinds of stuff like weapons, ammo and clothing, but i don't know how to get the numbers for actors.
yes, 6a772 is the number for dogmeat, but inworld it has the number 6a775.
every object and actor has a different and unique number inworld, so the gamemechanic can adress them specificly.

so, how can i get to the real number for the actors? =)

Timeslips fomm, for extracting files from the .bsa archives, and can open Fallout3.esm, as well as craft new .esp files

    timeslip.chorrol.com/
    (timeslips site)

you can use this to look up all the info you could possibly want...also good for making plugins with new/altered items

Is there a way to enable power armor? I just found the T-51b armor but can't wear it yet. I'm sure I saw a command somewhere but can't find it.

    TIA
