i'm looking for him in grayditch to end the quest "THOSE"....i was told he was to be found in the small fallout shelter but that wasnt the case so anyone know where the little bugger is?

If your looking for him while doing the ant elimination parts, he's usually in the round cylinder near the diner. After you promise to find him a place to stay and return from Rivet City, you should find him in his house.

yes i did look in that small cilinder but he is not there....wierd. in his house i just find a dead fred wilks(his dad i guess).

i always found him at the super-duper mart.. just head south of there and he should run into you

That's weird. I have found him two times at his dad's house.
