Try spawning the police chopper and practice with it. I'd also look in the options under controls, I've played this game for both PS3 and computer using Xbox 360 controller and I use the L1 and R1 I believe, but try looking in the options. Good luck. Also try calling brucie in the game and asking for heli ride you've got to fly to certain places with him and some girls. Its alot of fun but it does take pratice. Hope this helps.

R2 is up L2 is Down and move L3 to steer. LOL I'm playing it now!!! Hope I helped!!!!
