i have the game version 1.4.5.1280 and the trainer for it but the game crashes at the loading screen

Regarding the Trainer 1.4.5.1280, Unlimited Health, Endurance, No Tox....

i have the game version 1.4.5.1280 and the trainer for it but the game crashes at the loading screen if i activate it
