Same here.You do nothing wrong.The game uses Windows Live which detects changes to the game code.See instructions of the trainer.
With Alt+Tab a little window shows up to choose the game application again and continue playing.But this do not work for me.I can switch between the applications,then I press enter but nothing happens.

When I start the trainer for Quantum of Solace my game crashes is there something I’m doing wrong.

If these guys can't release a working trainer is one thing but leaving it up with no message saying the trainer crashes the game is quite another. I wonder how many have paid a subscription to get this trainer only to find their money wasted?
