Is there anyway to get the limited edition without having it already preordered?

I don't think so. I asked when I bought my copy and they said something about it only available through a pre-order.

Perhaps you can buy it from someone you know who has it. Or Ebay.

I see them for sale just like the regular ones at my local Target, I'm sure Gamestop or a place like that has them.

Considering how crap the special edition is compared to what Microsoft promised early on, you're not missing much. The soundtrack CD and figurine were dropped entirely due to market-wide "stock limitations", so all you get is the fancy case and sleeve.

I do believe my collector's edition did have a couple of additions in-game. There is a dive location and I get a set of clothing that let's me look like Master Chief from Halo.

Ahh yes, I forgot about those. Still, not exactly worth the price increase if I'm entirely honest.

I would really like the in-game items.
1 Dungeon
1 Legendary Sword (energy sword from halo)
1 Halo Armor

For me that is really worth the price.
But when I was off to buy it from EB Games (GameStop) they were all out.
They only got in 20 (So little... 50-100 is better since its a awesome well known game) games and they were all out the same day..

its really not worth it, the extra money i spent thought was a jip,
